For event organisers
Sell tickets online, run your back office, design seat maps, scan at the door and operate bar POS and RFID cashless. One connected stack. No monthly subscription.
Why Floodlight
Floodlight did not start as a startup pitch. It started in venues, festivals and rooms where the Wi-Fi drops, the queue builds and every minute counts.
I have spent more than 3,500 hours working live events on the island and abroad. Door, ops, production, ticketing, cashless, the lot. Hands on, headset on, solving problems while the show is happening.
Everywhere I went I saw the same pattern: organisers juggling multiple ticketing systems and a patchwork of tools just to get through one night. One platform to sell. Another to scan. Something else for the bar. Spreadsheets holding it all together.
I watched systems fail when it mattered most. I saw reporting that was wrong, late or missing entirely. And I saw how much legacy ticketing companies charge for the privilege of running your own show their way.
I wanted a change. So for the past five years I have been building the platform I wished I had on the ground: one system that covers ticketing, seating, scanning, POS, cashless and real reporting, so organisers can run their event their way and do it comfortably.
Along the way I listened to promoters, venues and crew. Floodlight keeps evolving until it is the tool I would trust on my own shows.

“I will not stop until Floodlight is the system I wish I had while I was on the floor.”
What needed to change
One vendor for tickets, another for scanning, something else for the bar. Nothing talks to anything else.
I have watched systems buckle when the queue is longest and the room is fullest. That is when you need reliability most.
Numbers that do not reconcile, dashboards that barely tell you what happened, and finance chasing answers at 2am.
Ticketing platforms taking a heavy cut while giving you less control. Margins eaten before the show even breaks even.
No monthly subscription. Floodlight exists so organisers keep more of what they earn and spend less energy fighting their software.
